In order for the funds to comply with the requirements of the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended, information about the funds may only be provided to accredited investors or non-U.S. persons. In order to obtain a password, you must provide us with information to enable us to determine whether you are an accredited investor or a non-U.S. person. After you answer the appropriate questionnaire, the questionnaire will be reviewed and you may be contacted by the firm, prior to a password being issued to you.
